Refund policy
For EU: We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (e.g. special orders or personalised products), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
United States – No Returns & No Exchanges
As our business is based in Germany, physical returns and exchanges from the United States are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order — such as a defect, damage, or incorrect item — please contact us at hi@jenutrinkets.de and we will find a solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
