Our clothing is printed using the direct-to-garment (DTG) process. This modern printing method enables detailed, durable, and environmentally friendly prints using water-based inks. Each piece is individually produced after your order – with no inventory required.
Since everything is made to order, production typically takes 1–7 business days before your product ships. (Average: 2 Days)
Germany
Clothing: 1–3 business days (Total: 2–9 business days)
- Bags & Accessories: 6–15 business days (Total: 7–21 business days)
International Shipping (EU, USA & Canada)
- European Union: Approx. 3–10 business days.
- USA: 3–5 business days for Clothing; 4–12 business days for Bags & Accessories.
- Canada: 2–12 business days for Clothing; 4–12 business days for Bags & Accessories.
Note: Total processing time includes production and shipping. International deliveries may be subject to delays due to customs, holidays, or carrier processing.

Cancellations: Possible within 3 hours of ordering.

USA & Canada: No returns or exchanges. For defects or issues, reprints or refunds will be issued—please contact hi@jenutrinkets.de.
Hoodies & Sweatshirts:
- Machine wash warm (max. 40 °C)
- Dryer: medium temperature
- Ironing: at low heat
- Do not dry clean
Desk Mats & Bags:
- Not suitable for machine washing
- Cleaning with a slightly damp cloth
